Problem8x Workers

Résumés show what people claim. Not how they actually work.

  • LinkedIn, résumés and gig platforms score the outcome only — never the work itself.
  • Can't tell hardworking-but-shallow apart from real understanding or innovation.
  • Workers can't prove HOW they work. Requesters can't verify it before hiring.
What exists today

Self-reported résumés, outcome-only ratings — declared, not observed.

What's missing

An observed Capability Profile, built from real missions — not claims.

note · built for the 8x Mobile Hackathon, Gurugram

How it works

Score how the work happened. Not just what came out of it.

Every mission runs through a dynamic rubric — process carries the weight; outcome quality still counts.

For workers

Every mission becomes portable proof of how you think and work.

For requesters

Hire and trust based on observed capability — not a self-written résumé.

note · weighting is an illustrative hackathon-stage rubric, not a validated model

Regulations

Consent isn’t optional. Even in a hackathon build.

Data privacy & consent

DPDP Act 2023 + Rules 2025: explicit consent before recording, a visible on-screen indicator, and a revocable opt-in on every mission.

Biometric & behavioural data

One live HR/HRV stream (Polar H10) on a voice mission flags stress or effort — a physiological check on process, not a health diagnosis. Full-panel capture stays roadmap-only.

Call & recording consent

Voice missions run on Twilio/ElevenLabs — one/two-party consent rules met before a call is recorded, not after.

Gig-worker classification

Testers are independent panel participants, not employees. Payouts must stay consistent with India's gig-worker rules.

note · DPDP Rules 2025 notified Nov 2025; phased compliance through May 2027
